The Nesset Pavilion provides an outstanding environment for our outpatient Family Medicine ambulatory care site. Located on the second floor of the building, the Family Medicine Center serves as the practice sites for faculty and residents alike. In addition, the Nesset Pavilion also provides a complete laboratory, X-ray facilities, pharmacy, and ample free parking. Better still, it is only 1 block north of the hospital, a five minute walk.
Contact with faculty is not limited to formal precepting. Because the faculty see their own patients side-by-side with our residents, we are always there for you. This casual and continuous contact with the faculty makes learning easy, because in the course of your day, questions will always come up.

Our faculty are not your only teachers. Our nursing staff are quite experienced and, like in a regular office, can give you valuable insight into your patients and into your own approach. They also assist with the full range of examinations and procedures found in family medicine. In addition, they can assist you with managing your time with patients, always an issue in a busy practice.
Our charts are now electronic. All of your encounters with patients are performed using our electronic medical record system. You will be able to access your patient's records whenever you need them, even at home! No more missing charts!
